my-Warehouse is designed to meet industry standards in software engineering security (security-by-design).

It’s user management let’s you keep control over persmissions for your employees (nned-to-know-principle).

Maximum inactivity time:

After this users are logged out automatically. Keep this as short as possible while still make things effecient for your employees.

Email domains

Limit the allowed email domains to a minimum. Normally this would be your company’s domain. If you really want to send mails from my-warehouse to mail provides like GMail, you would need to open it (gmail.com in this case).

Webshop – validate SSL certificate

Your webshop should normally have a valid SSL certificate. Only deactivate this if you know what you do!

Updates

Either activate auto updates

or check regularly for updates and hit the “Update to version…” button if a new version is available
